7″ Extra Wide Tracker Bird

Weighing in at just 115g our new tracker bird is a real all rounder that knocks the socks off the competition, getting your bars way out further than ever before.

Ticking all the boxes for an extra wide, quick change, lightweight tracker bird suitable for large and small squid bars hasn’t been without its challenges, so were very pleased to be presenting the final product after 2 seasons of research and development.

The Universal white colour will match any combination of squid colours which includes a stainless steel spring loaded mechanism for changing the direction of track.
Just pull the blade out of the groove, change the direction and the spring loaded mechanism will automatically lock it in place, couldn’t be simpler.
If your looking for a compact through line, lightweight, quick change tracker bird that will get your bars way out wide then these are the ultimate solution for you. Only available here at PBA.

The new re-inforced design around the fastening point and honeycombe internal structure of the blades ensures lightweight strength that out-preformed expectations whilst testing throughout the 2025 season. So far nobody has managed to break one whilst catching tuna, which was the best result than we could have wished for.
Are you up for the challenge?

Spare blades are available under the listing
7″ Extra wide tracker blades and include a full replacement set of stainless steel fittings should they ever be needed.

These are paticularly handy if you dont have outriggers as bars made up with these center birds allow you to fish  additional rods in your spread whilst trolling for bluefins.
