This 9 pattern, XL squid splash bar has been developed with the northern angler in mind. We commissioned a small stock of our top selling ‘Pinstripe glow’ in the larger bodied 16″ size squids (FCKU) as we have found that colour seems to pick off the bigger sized tuna for whatever reason. Added to that we developed a new limited edition ‘Green eyed Monster’ colour based on a recommended top tier squid pattern for Giant Bluefins from a well respected Tuna Fishing captain in Nova Scotia.
This 3ft setup featuring Our 7″ Extra Wide, through lined tracker bird provides maximum width when trolled between 4 and 7 kts and the XL bodied squid provide a huge silhouette and the additional row of splash birds ring the dinner bell to help draw the attention of Monster Tuna and raise them from great depths. The 4mm grade 5 Titanium bar used is stronger, lighter and holds it shape better than stainless steel so say goodbye to mangled up bars after a long hard fought battle. These monster trackers come back like there straight out the box fish after fish.
Only a small Limited addition run of these heavily discounted bars are available as they were specially developed as a promotion for the northern fishery as displayed at the training event in Bridlington in February this year.
